I understand that by registering and attending, I agree to this Waiver and Release which is a prerequisite for my participation in the nature experience, activity or event. I further understand that there are risks and dangers inherent in participating in the nature experience, activity or event, including but not limited to the risk of accidents, slips, trips, collisions with equipment, objects, or other participants, and variations in terrain and conditions, that could result in and/or cause property damage, serious or catastrophic bodily harm to me, and/or death. I understand and agree that to be allowed to participate in the nature experience, activity or event, I assume all risks and agree to release and hold harmless Main Line Nature Guides LLC (MLNG) and its officers, agents, employees, assigns, successors in interest, contractors, vendors (and their agents), agencies, sponsors, officials and volunteers, activity location/venue, communities, organizations and clubs and all governmental and public entities including, but not limited to, the State, County and local municipalities where the activity takes place from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of actions whatsoever, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained while participating in any nature experience, activity or event. Main Line Nature Guides LLC (MLNG) is not responsible for any injury, loss, or illness resulting from attending any nature experience, activity or event. By registering and attending you accept full responsibility for personal injury/or personal losses.

I intend by this Waiver and Release to release, in advance, and to waive my rights and discharge all of the persons and entities mentioned above, from any and all claims for losses, costs, and damages for death, personal injury or property damage which I may have, or which may hereafter accrue to me as a result of and/or arising out of my participation in the activity, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, and even though this liability may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released, from dangerous or defective property or equipment owned, maintained or controlled by them or because of their possible liability without fault. I understand and agree that this Waiver and Release is binding on my heirs, assigns, and legal representatives. I understand that I am solely responsible for my health and safety, and I acknowledge and represent that I am physically capable of participating in and completing this activity. I agree to abide by any decision of an activity official or volunteer relative to my ability to complete this activity safely and I further agree that activity officials or volunteers may authorize necessary emergency treatment for me. I agree to allow Main Line Nature Guides LLC (MLNG) and its contractors, agencies and sponsors, without the use of my name and likeness in connection with this activity, for any purpose related to advertising or promotion of the activity and/or Main Line Nature Guides LLC (MLNG) worldwide in perpetuity in all forms of media now and forever known. I have carefully read this Waiver and Release and fully understand its contents. If I am under 18 years of age at the time of registration, my parent or legal guardian has completely reviewed this Waiver and Release, understands and consents to its terms, and authorizes my participation. I am aware that this is a RELEASE OF LIABILITY and a contract between me and the persons and entities mentioned above and I accept of my own free will.

Model Release: Without securing additional permission, Main Line Nature Guides LLC (MLNG) may take photographs of you and your group on this walk. We would like your permission to use these photographs in promotional materials which may include social media, website, printed flyers and books, and videos. We are sometimes asked by news reporting agencies and publications to provide photos for articles they are writing about nature connection topics. We do this at no charge. We promise to carefully select photographs that show you in a way that we are confident you will like. If you are not comfortable with having photos that include you taken and possibly used in these ways, we prefer that you inform us in your email when registering; we want for you to have a relaxed and stress-free experience on your walk. By registering and attending, you acknowledge that your image may be captured in photos or videos taken on behalf of Main Line Nature Guides LLC (MLNG) and consent to Main Line Nature Guides LLC (MLNG)’s use of your photo, without securing additional permission, without compensation, in publications, news releases, online and in all media whether now known or hereafter devised, for eternity. You release Main Line Nature Guides LLC (MLNG), its employees, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any and all liability, claims, whatsoever of any nature.
